Not quite the right lamp?

A lamp can look beautiful online, but turn out differently than expected at home. Perhaps the size isn't ideal, the color doesn't match your interior after all, or you'd prefer a different style. That can happen. That's why you can register your LuceXL order for return within 14 days of receipt.

We like to make returns clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Returning within 14 days

You can register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. To do so, please contact us via info@lucexl.nl and state your order number. After your request, we will send you the return instructions. Depending on the situation, you will receive a return label or the correct return address.

Return costs are at the customer's expense. 

 

How returns work

1. Email your return request to info@lucexl.nl.
2. State your order number and the product you wish to return.
3. We will send you the correct return instructions.
4. Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
5. Send the package back according to the instructions received.

Ensure the product is returned complete, neatly packaged, and as received. Preferably use the original packaging, so the lamp is well protected during return transport.

 

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the original payment method.

If a product is returned damaged or has been used more than necessary to assess it, this may affect the amount refunded.

 

Exchanging for another lamp

Would you prefer to receive a different lamp? Please contact us. In many cases, it is quickest to return the original product and place a new order yourself. This way, you can be sure that the desired lamp is available and will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product? Please report this as soon as possible via info@lucexl.nl. Include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the issue. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
