At LuceXL, you order lighting without any surprises. We ship all orders for free in the Netherlands. Whether you order one wall lamp or several lamps for your entire interior: you pay no shipping costs.

• free shipping within the Netherlands
• delivery via PostNL, DHL, DPD or other top carriers
• delivery time of 1 to a maximum of 7 business days
• track & trace where possible
• no shipping outside the Netherlands

We work with various carriers to ensure your order is delivered to you as efficiently as possible. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code where possible. This allows you to easily follow the delivery.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Our assortment has a delivery time of 1 to a maximum of 7 business days. The exact delivery time may vary per product. Some lamps are immediately available, others are shipped from an external warehouse location or supplier.

For handmade lamps, delivery can sometimes take a little longer. Because these lamps are made or finished with extra care, the delivery time depends on availability, production, and processing. Of course, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and keep you well informed.

Shipping within the Netherlands

LuceXL currently ships exclusively within the Netherlands. We cannot currently process orders to Belgium or other countries.
